Chaney Cares Gives Back to Local Nonprofits at the 46th Annual Chaney Bull Roast

Chaney Cares is thrilled to celebrate the success of its 46th Annual Bull Roast, held on Saturday, October 18th, at Chaney Enterprises’ Waldorf, Maryland facility.

This year’s event welcomed more than 800 tickets holders and 76 corporate sponsors for a day filled with sunshine, great food, and community spirit. The annual fundraiser supports Chaney Cares’ nonprofit partners: Habitat for Humanity, Boys & Girls Clubs, Raising a Reader, and Farming 4 Hunger.

Known for its legendary pit-roasted ribs and fun-filled atmosphere, the Bull Roast once again delivered an unforgettable experience for guests of all ages. Attendees enjoyed mouthwatering BBQ and homestyle sides from Mission BBQ, freshly shucked oysters from Thompson Seafood, and sweet treats from Sandy Pony Donuts.

Entertainment filled the day with live music from John Luskey and activities for the whole family, including a petting zoo, face painting, and pumpkin chuckin’. Guests also enjoyed inflatable bounce houses, the popular build-a-bull station, and opportunities to try their luck at gambling, browse the silent auction, and more!
