Celebrating Our 2025 Summer Interns: Fun, Driven, and Full of Potential

As summer winds down, we’re celebrating the incredible impact made by our 2025 intern team! This year’s group brought energy, drive, and fresh ideas into every room they entered. From volunteering for Habitat for Humanity to helping execute company-wide events, these interns didn’t just learn they led.

Let’s take a moment to highlight each of them and the contributions they made this summer:

Kate McKee, a University of Maryland student majoring in Operations Management and Business Analytics, spent the summer interning with our Finance Department. Her eagerness to learn and strong work ethic made a lasting impact on the team. Kate’s favorite memory? Volunteering with Habitat for Humanity

Dominique Eaddy, a South College graduate with a degree in Cybersecurity, immersed himself in diverse projects that strengthened both his technical expertise and interpersonal skills. From volunteering in the community to gaining hands-on, real-world experience, Dominique valued the chance to grow professionally while making meaningful contributions to the IT team.

Erin Shank, a Marketing and HR Department Intern currently studying Business Administration at Anne Arundel Community College, brought a can-do attitude and a willingness to support any department in need—always jumping in with positivity and team spirit. One of her favorite memories? Playing a key role in the very first Chaney Social Hour event, where she helped price out, plan, and set up every detail from start to finish.

Walker Beall, an Accounting Intern and Clemson University student majoring in Accounting with a minor in Financial Management, made the most of his internship by actively collaborating with teams across the department. His favorite part of the experience? Gaining hands-on exposure to multiple areas of accounting while contributing meaningfully to daily operations.

We are incredibly grateful for the enthusiasm, creativity, and dedication our interns brought to Chaney Enterprises this summer. Whether it was in the office, out in the field, or giving back to the community, they left a lasting impression.

To Kate, Dominique, Erin, and Walker thank you for all your hard work. We can’t wait to see what you accomplish next!
