Chaney Enterprises is proud to welcome Paul Cousins as our new Chief Technology Officer, a role created to strategically leverage technology in support of our recent expansion and ongoing growth plans. With a distinguished career spanning three decades, Paul brings a wealth of experience in technology, leadership and business strategy, combined with a deep commitment to driving meaningful innovation with purpose.

Paul’s career began in financial services, where he spent 15 years honing his expertise before transitioning into the technology sector. Paul has been involved in several mergers and acquisitions throughout his career, including two early-stage businesses that he led to successful exits. He has held influential leadership roles at some of the world’s leading firms, including Microsoft, EY, Google, and Fujitsu. His leadership has consistently focused on modernizing technology architectures through cloud, AI, machine learning, and SaaS solutions—always with an emphasis on minimizing disruption and operational risk.

Paul has been a trusted advisor to Chaney for several years and is genuinely excited to now contribute directly to our future growth. His experience in launching new ventures, scaling businesses, and fostering innovative technology strategies will be instrumental as we continue to build on our momentum.

Paul and his sons, Grayson and Sully, are from Australia and now call Annapolis home. We are fortunate to have Paul’s collaborative spirit and strategic vision guiding us forward, and we look forward to achieving new milestones together.
